We decorated Christmas sugar cookies with our neighbor friends.

 The kids wanted to decorate all by themselves.

Life Changing Story

The best part of my job is all of the people I can help each day.  Back in May, I heard from a family who wanted me to get the word out about voting for them in a national contest to win a wheelchair accessible van.  They didn't win, but viewers responded to my story.  In the last 6 months, enough money was raised for them to get the van.  I took Taya with me to cover the story. She wanted to be my photographer!

Evening with the Elves

Bart got back in town from a business trip, and headed to Marbles for a special night with the girls called Evening with the Elves.  I did not go, and I don't see any pictures with the elves, but I do know they had a blast!

 They girls got to wear their PJ's.

 This picture is hilarious as Teagan is behind the camera, and Taya is being the reporter.

 They played so much, they didn't eat till the very end.

Another Tooth Gone

This post is long overdue as I think she pulled her tooth out a few weeks ago.  We were in the movies, and she said, "Mom, I just pulled out my tooth."

 Make that a total of three teeth gone.  The first one she lost at just 2 years old after a day at Monkey Joe's.  In the last few months, she lost two bottom teeth.  Her one adult tooth is already in, and the other is starting to pop through. I can't wait for the top one to start coming through too.

Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer

I took the girls to a special performance tonight.

 I got home from work, and they were ready to go!

 We had great seats.....but just as the show was going to start...

 they moved us up to front row!!!  Both girls watched in awe,  and they loved every minute of it!

Fun with Grammy

I'm catching up some fun times when Grammy was here.  She took the girls to Marbles for the day, and boy did all three of them have fun!
