Beach Weekend

It was a BEAUTIFUL weekend so we headed to the beach!  The view from our balcony.

 Despite it being pretty late when we arrived Friday night, the girls hit the ocean!

with each wave she gets more confidence...

Teagan's World

Once Taya gets on the school bus, Teagan and I have about an hour together before I have to head to work.  She gets to pick what we do.  One day, she wanted to go strawberry picking again.

 Another morning, she wanted to polish my nails.

 Sometimes she just likes to show me all of her outfits.

No matter what we do, I love every minute of it!

Amazing Fun Weekend!

It was one of those weekends where we did nothing but hang out with friends, and we had so much fun!  From Friday night till Monday night, we just celebrated the long weekend relaxing!

 Part of the fun was a birthday party.  Guess who made a special appearance.

Besides the birthday party, the kids played non-stop on two different water slides, we had three different BBQ's, the guys went golfing, and the women went out for a girls dinner.  It was a great weekend hanging out with great friends!

Field Day

Taya had a fun activity at her school.  They spent the whole afternoon outside at an event called Field Day.  They had 20 different stations where the kids played all kinds of fun games.

My Little Artist

Before showing off Taya's artwork, check out little Miss Teagan's style.  She picks out her own outfit  each day.  Sometimes she nails it like today!

 We headed to an art show at Taya's school.

 Taya was so excited when she found her artwork.

 We got to buy it and take it home.  Yes, now the schools sells their artwork to make money!

BUSY Saturday!

Friday night we got the weekend started right with a fire!

 First S'more of the season!

 Bart left for a week of work early Saturday morning so it's just the girls and me.  We headed to the strawberry patch.

 Right after strawberry picking, we headed to Taya's last soccer game of the season.

 It's amazing how much better she's gotten.

 She goes after the ball and is aggressive out on the field.

 Of course the ice cream truck was waiting to cash in on the soccer families.

 We then headed to our neighborhood pool as it was opening day!  So much fun in the pool, I didn't get any pictures of my girls swimming around just eating the crumbs in the can of Pringles.

At night, we had a dance party!

Plus, something unexpected happened to Taya while jumping around with her friends on the trampoline.

Who knows what Sunday will bring!!!
