Any Cavities?

Teagan had her 1st dentist appointment.  Unfortunately, I had to miss it due to work since I had to cover a last minute ice storm that decided to come our way.  Thankfully, my parents are still in town and were able to take them.  I was pretty worried for my parents...not because of Teagan...but Taya.  Last time we went to the dentist...it was an all out scream fest, and I really don't think she ever even opened her mouth.  But not this time.  Taya wanted Teagan to go first...and look at the big girl.
My mom said Teagan never shed a tear, and that she was so good during the cleaning.
Oh no....now to Taya!  Wait is that a smile I see???
Teagan was a good influence as my parents told me Taya was great too!
 NO CAVITIES!!!
My parents must be rubbing off on my kids, as they told me the girls could not have been any better!

Wedding Fun

Bart and I got to get away for the weekend to Charleston, SC.  My friend was getting married there, and it was a beautiful day!
Katie and Chris tied the knot at the Citadel.  Katie looked absolutely gorgeous and was just the perfect bride.  It was easy to see how happy this day was for her!
One of the best part's of the reception....a photo booth. They had lots of props where we could all just let loose.
 My pirate!
The girls...at one time we all worked together at ABC11.
 At least one normal picture.
It was one of the best weddings we've been too.  We danced the night away, and had so much fun celebrating Katie and Chris's big day!  Sunday was another beauty so we explored downtown Charleston.
They closed down the main street, and we were able to eat and shop our way through all the great city has to offer.
Thanks mom and dad for watching the girls while we got a romantic getaway!

Fun with Grammy and Grampy

Grammy and Grampy have been here for a week, and you would think I would have tons of pictures.  Nope, they just go...go..go...there's no time for many pictures.  Here's some of what they've been up to.  They gone to the library to get lots of books.
The girls know how to check the books out all by themselves.
They spent countless hours playing outside!
A new bench Grammy and Grampy brought down from Pittsburgh.
 Nail time!
Grampy and the girls have played for hours and hours in the playroom.
Grampy is a country boy so he puts on the music, and they all dance....
 and ride the pony.
Grampy taught Teagan how to say, "Yeehaw!"
It's time for a check up.
 The Doc's are in.
This is really Teagan's outfit...can you tell?
Grammy treated us girls to some pampering.
They also ventured to Monkey Joes, Chick Fil A and McDonald's playgrounds several times.  They still have a few more days to get out and about so stay turned for more fun!

More Birthday Gifts

Teagan's birthday celebration just never ends.  She got another gift...this time from Uncle Shane, Aunt Leida, Taylor and Gabbie.
Check out these gorgeous bags with their names on them.  I was supposed to keep Taya's for her birthday, but I gave it to her early since we are going to Disney soon and these bags will be perfect to bring.
Can you tell she loves her bag!
 Taya too!
THANK YOU!

Lego Fest

We checked out Lego Fest this past weekend.  It's basically millions of Lego's everywhere! All of these figures are made of 100% Lego's.

 Hugging Cinderella.
 Time to make some creations.
 Teagan really wants those Lego's
 Too many Lego's to count.
 Someone is a little tired.
When I tell Teagan to smile, this is what I get!
 My pirate.
We were ready to leave, and these two girls still wanted to see more.
